We're now offering authentic Cajun style seafood boil to compliment our low and slow bbq! Inspired by the taste of Louisiana we will be bringing an Aussie twist to this American tradition!

 

Using traditional spices and seasoning to flavour the water, seafood is added and boiled until it's ready to serve.  

 

Our seafood boil includes Australian Prawns, New Zealand Mussels,  Blue Swimmer Crab, Pippies, Sausages, Corn and Potatoes. 

 

Catering Prices:    $60 per Kilo (minimum 15kg order)   

Price includes seafood to be cooked on site,  all set up and pack down as well as disposable plates and cutlery.
