During a holiday to Texas in 2012 our passion for Texas BBQ

was ignited.

 

We found something we LOVED but couldn't find in Sydney.

Established in 2013 Rangers Texas BBQ Catering became Sydney's

first mobile trailer pit caterer.

 

Great meat cooked low and slow using a traditional woodfire BBQ.

 

We had the best so that's what we aim to bring to Sydney.

 

Owners Janson and Christina have over 25 years experience in

the hospitality industry. 

 

Pit Boss Janson spent 7 years as the  Event Operations Manager at

The Star Casino in Sydney. He has experience in planning and executing

weddings, high profile corporate galas and private events.

He also spent 2 years as the Venue Manager of the  24/7 Sports Bar

at The Star  Casino. The time spent at such a high profile establishment 

taught invaluable skills and the ability to practice and perfect every

aspect of event catering.

 

Christina started in the fast food industry and went on to work in 5 star

establishments across Sydney. Together our experiences have taught us

how to both plan and execute the perfect event. 

 

 

We sourced the best - our smoker is the real deal - a Gator Pit! Custom

made by hand, by world renowned pit builder Ritch Robin and his team

at Gator Pit (as featured on the Discovery Channel), then imported from

Houston Texas.

 

Add real wood. Some freshly sourced meat. Cooked "low and slow". 

Rangers Texas BBQ rubs are based on traditional Texas BBQ flavours.

 

We can cater to weddings, festivals, birthdays and events. If you're
